Abstract

The application discloses a dust removal device of a concrete mixer, which comprises a closed rectangular box body, a dust inlet is arranged at the bottom of the box body, and a plurality of dust removal plate assemblies are sequentially arranged in the box body from bottom to top; each dust removal plate assembly comprises a fixed plate, a movable plate and a plurality of spiral springs, the movable plate is arranged above the fixed plate, a second dust channel is formed between the movable plate and the fixed plate, and the movable plate and the fixed plate are elastically connected through the spiral springs; the fixed plate is fixedly connected with the side wall of the box body, a first dust channel is formed between the right end of the fixed plate and the side wall of the box body, the movable plate is slidably connected with the side wall of the box body, and a third dust channel is formed between the left end of the movable plate and the side wall of the box body; a fourth dust channel is formed between the movable plate and the fixed plate of adjacent two dust removal plate assemblies. The dust removal device can keep high dust removal efficiency, has a long service life, does not need to be cleaned and maintained frequently, and has simple cleaning mode and short cleaning time.
