A construction method of a first layer reinforced concrete step without removing formwork

Abstract

The application relates to a first-layer reinforced concrete step formwork construction method, which comprises the following steps: S1, earthwork piling; S2, beam plate position excavation: the beam plate position of earthwork is excavated to form multiple beam plate excavation grooves; S3, brick formwork masonry: brick formwork is masoned in each beam plate excavation groove, and brick formwork is also masoned on the uppermost end and the lowermost end of the inclined surface of the pre-formed step earthwork; S4, cushion layer pouring; S5, steel bar binding and formwork entering: steel bar binding is carried out to form a steel framework, and the steel framework is put into each brick formwork; S6, bottom plate concrete pouring: concrete is poured in the brick formwork to form a concrete beam plate, concrete is poured on the concrete beam plate and the cushion layer to form a flat concrete inclined bottom plate; S7, secondary formwork setting: the step positions are determined on the concrete inclined bottom plate, and step formworks are set between the adjacent two step positions; and S8, step concrete pouring.
