A method for pre-winding receptors

Abstract

This invention provides a method for pre-rolling a sensor, relating to the field of heated tobacco products, and includes the following steps: S1: Setting a sensor inlet head to introduce the sensor into the tobacco-suction area; S2: Introducing the sensor through the tobacco-suction area to the sensor transfer roller; S3: Driving the sensor transfer roller and the tobacco-suction area; S4: Determining whether the tobacco-suction belt is carrying the sensor; if so, starting the cutter to cut the tobacco, completing the sensor pre-rolling; otherwise, no operation is performed. This invention directly adds a sensor pre-rolling step to the existing tobacco-suction forming equipment, effectively utilizing the equipment to produce tobacco-generating sections with implanted sensors. It not only retains the stability, efficiency, and low cost of tobacco-suction forming, but also allows for the preparation and production of various types of tobacco. After the implanted sensor is pre-rolled, it is transported along with the tobacco-suction belt, ensuring a consistent smoking temperature in the resulting tobacco-generating section.
