[0164] Ninety individuals with Kidney Disease (DKD) meeting the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into an experimental group (n=40) and a control group (n=50). Both groups received routine Western medicine treatment, including a reasonable diet, appropriate exercise, blood sugar control, blood pressure control, and blood lipid control. The experimental group received the traditional Chinese medicine decoction (prepared as a decoction according to conventional methods) in addition to the routine Western medicine treatment. One dose of the above-mentioned traditional Chinese medicine was taken daily, divided into two administrations, morning and evening, with 200ml decocted each time. The treatment course was 3 months. Changes in monitoring indicators before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.
