Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of measurement technology, and in particular to an electronic processing automation measurement device and an implementation method thereof, comprising a base, a bearing structure, a measuring mechanism and an adjusting mechanism; the base comprises an upper plate body and a lower plate body; the bearing structure is arranged above the upper plate body, and the bearing structure comprises a bearing plate; the measuring mechanism comprises four laser rangefinders and two rangefinder adjustment structures, the four laser rangefinders form a group of two, a laser rangefinder in each group is arranged correspondingly to a laser rangefinder in another group, and the distance between the two is fixed, the two groups of laser rangefinders are respectively arranged on two rangefinder adjustment structures, and the rangefinder adjustment structures are used to adjust the distance between the two laser rangefinders; the adjusting mechanism is used to adjust the measuring device to measure different edges of an electronic product; the present invention is provided with the bearing structure, the measuring mechanism and the adjusting mechanism, so as to realize automatic positioning of the electronic product, and then accurately measure the length and width of the electronic product.
