A method, system, device and medium for generating assembly processing contour of complex-shaped parts

Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of aviation manufacturing technology, and in particular to a method, system, device and medium for generating assembly processing contours of parts with complex shapes. Firstly, curvature features are obtained based on preprocessing of acquired part shape data, assembly boundary points of digitized parts are extracted, and digitized parts are virtually assembled. Then, the assembly boundary points are offset along the assembly direction of the part shape to obtain processing contour points. Finally, the processing contour points are expanded into plane points, and a point pair index relationship before and after the plane expansion is established. The plane points are topologically sorted according to the angle and the nearest neighbor distance features, and the processing contour points are ordered. The accurate and orderly extraction of the component assembly processing contour is achieved, and the processing contour can be directly used for motion planning and automated processing of a finishing platform.
