A method for producing a honeycomb base paper

Abstract

The application relates to a honeycomb base paper production method, which comprises a pulping section and a paper machine section; the pulping section comprises three pulping lines of a waste paper line, a first wood pulp line and a second wood pulp line, the waste paper line mainly uses American waste recycled paper pulp raw materials, the first wood pulp line and the second wood pulp line mainly use wood pulp raw materials, the first wood pulp line is a main line, and the second wood pulp line is an auxiliary line. The honeycomb base paper production method fully utilizes the combination of waste paper pulp, recycled paper pulp and wood pulp, fully utilizes the maximum value of available fibers by combining multiple groups of disc mills, and guarantees the compression resistance and fiber combination of paper. ASA sizing in the pulp and surface soaking sizing are adopted, so that the water resistance of paper is effectively improved, and the water resistance of the honeycomb paper is improved. The paper machine does not use a calender, so that the surface roughness of the base paper is increased, and the effect of glue absorption and adhesion is improved.
