The present invention provides a safety barrier management empowerment training system and method, which aims to improve the safety management level of enterprises and reduce accident risks. The system includes the following modules: a goal setting module, which sets training goals and content according to the specific safety risks and needs of the enterprise; a scenario construction module, which constructs a three-dimensional safety risk scenario based on the training goals and content; a status monitoring module, which provides real-time color status of the scene and safety barrier, traces the cause of the state change, and displays the equipment status and work order view of each production unit; a simulation training module, which sends the scene to the user end and records the behavior data; a data analysis and evaluation module, which performs intelligent analysis and evaluation of the behavior data; a feedback and learning module, which generates feedback based on the evaluation report; a loop optimization module, which optimizes the scene and training content based on the feedback to achieve continuous safety capability improvement. This system ensures the safety of employees and assets.
