Abstract

The present invention discloses a girth weld multi-gun head one-time automatic welding forming device and a method for using the same, comprising a frame, and also comprising a pneumatic transmission tightening device arranged along the length direction of the frame and penetrating the inside of the frame, multiple groups of pneumatic pressure wheel devices are arranged in parallel along the width direction inside the frame, the top of the frame comprises longitudinal beams arranged in parallel along the length direction and cross beams arranged in parallel along the width direction, the top surface of the longitudinal beams are paved with slide rails, a fixed limit device is arranged on the cross beam at one end, a movable limit device is arranged between the two slide rails and moves left and right along the slide rails, and multiple welding guns are arranged above the frame. By using this device, automatic welding of multiple guns and multiple welds can be achieved simultaneously, and the final girth weld quality is better than the quality standard of the power industry, which greatly improves the welding efficiency and reduces the production cost.
