A highly efficient and dust-free catalyst preparation apparatus and method for ammonia oxime reaction

Abstract

This invention provides a highly efficient and dust-free catalyst preparation device and method for ammonia oxime reaction. The device includes a catalyst container, a liquid jet pump, a catalyst preparation tank, and a catalyst preparation pump. A stirrer is installed inside the catalyst preparation tank. The inlet of the liquid jet pump, located on the negative pressure side, is connected to the catalyst container via a feed pipeline. The outlet of the liquid jet pump is connected to the discharge port of the catalyst preparation tank. The outlet of the catalyst preparation tank is connected to the return port of the liquid jet pump via a return pipeline. The catalyst preparation pump is located on the return pipeline. This invention utilizes the negative pressure created by the water jet from the liquid jet pump to draw the catalyst from the catalyst container into the catalyst preparation tank for mixing to form a catalyst slurry. Therefore, only a single person is required for operation, reducing the number of operators. Furthermore, it prevents catalyst dust from being scattered due to dumping, reducing the safety risks to operators and minimizing operator and catalyst loss.
