A polyurethane fiber material and its preparation method and application

Abstract

The present invention discloses a polyurethane fiber material, a preparation method, and an application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: S1. Spinning a polyurethane spinning solution using an electrostatic spinning method, using a steel mesh as a receiving template; during the spinning process, distributing a porogen on the surface of the polyurethane film formed by spinning; continuing the spinning process, and repeating the spinning process several times to obtain an intermediate; S2. Mixing the intermediate and a conductive carbon material solution under vacuum conditions for adsorption, and removing the porogen; thereby obtaining a polyurethane fiber material. The polyurethane fiber material prepared by the preparation method of the present invention has high sensitivity and stability.
