Abstract

The present invention discloses an oil mist separation device for a machining center, which belongs to the field of CNC machining auxiliary equipment, and includes a shell, wherein the left and right ends of the shell are respectively slidably connected with a primary filter and a HEPA filter through a limit slide; the inside of the shell between the primary filter and the HEPA filter forms a water storage tank through a symmetrically fixed left fixed baffle and a right fixed baffle, and an air baffle is fixedly connected to the top of the shell at the middle position of the water storage tank, and a semicircular channel is evenly spaced along the depth direction of the shell on the right side of the air baffle, and ventilation micropores are evenly spaced along the height direction of the air baffle on the air baffle at the position of the semicircular channel, and a leaky mesh plate is fixed on the top of the right fixed baffle. The present invention achieves the separation effect of the oil mist by cooling and settling the oil mist, and automatically collects the separated oil mist at the same time.
