Abstract

The present invention relates to an inclined high-speed mixer for raw materials of special refractory products, comprising an inclined mixing tank, a feeding mechanism arranged at the upper end of the mixing tank and used to fill the mixing tank with raw materials, a stirring mechanism arranged inside the mixing tank and used to stir the raw materials for mixing, a feeding mechanism arranged at the lower end of the mixing tank and used to convey the mixed raw materials to a subsequent drying system, and a gas delivery mechanism arranged on the mixing tank and used to convey gas into the mixing tank; the gas delivery mechanism comprises a first input component arranged at the upper end of the mixing tank, a second input component arranged at the lower end of the mixing tank, an output component arranged in the middle of the tank body, and a heating component arranged on the mixing tank and used to heat the gas. The present invention solves the problems of low heating efficiency, low mixing efficiency, and irregular gas flow of the existing mixer.
