Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of metal heat exchangers, and in particular to a metal heat exchanger for extracting medium-deep geothermal sources and having an anti-corrosion structure, comprising an outer protective tube, a heat transfer tube arranged in the outer protective tube, an insulation layer, a reinforcement structure, a flange and a medium fluid tube; the outer wall of the outer protective tube is coated with an insulation layer and the outer surface of the insulation layer is coated with a petroleum asphalt anti-corrosion layer, the heat transfer tube is welded and installed with a reinforcement structure continuously arranged along its own axial direction, one end of the flange is fixedly connected with a threaded sleeve and a compression cover surrounding the outer side of the threaded sleeve, the inner wall of the compression cover is tightly attached to the outer wall of the insulation layer, the inner wall of the compression cover is hot-melt connected with a rubber ring, and the rubber ring is tightly attached between the end face of the insulation layer and the pipe wall of the outer protective tube; the present invention forms a stable hot-melt connection structure as a sealing layer by using the rubber ring on the flange to cooperate with the insulation layer on the outer protective tube, and can further strengthen the structural sealing between the flanges in combination with the inner sealing ring between adjacent threaded sleeves, thereby effectively reducing heat loss.
