A simulation test system and method for a drive system of an intelligent vehicle

Abstract

The application relates to a transmission system simulation test system and method for intelligent driving cars, which comprises the following: a power output module, which is used for outputting rotating speeds and torques under different working conditions to a drive axle model according to preset signals and a PID control method; the drive axle model, which is used for transmitting the received rotating speeds and torques to a differential model; the differential model, which is used for ensuring that a wheel model rolls and outputting the torque input by the drive axle to the wheel model; the wheel model, which is connected to the differential model and a load model respectively, and is used for simulating the motion of driving wheels under multiple sizes and / or friction coefficients according to the torque input by the differential model; and a load based on the load model, which is used for simulating the rotation of the wheels under different road conditions and / or loads; and the load model, which is used for simulating the load of the vehicle under different road conditions. The transmission system model is constructed, and the simulation can be adjusted and calibrated, so that the simulation test range is greatly improved.
