A millet stalk softening and shredding machine

Abstract

The present invention belongs to the field of straw processing equipment, and particularly relates to a millet straw softening and shredding machine, which comprises a frame, a shredding cylinder arranged on the frame, a feeding roller, a feeding roller, a feeding platform respectively connected to the discharging end of the feeding roller and the feeding end of the feeding roller, and a pair of rubbing components supporting the feeding platform. The discharging end of the feeding roller is connected to the feeding port of the shredding cylinder. The pair of rubbing components comprises a lifting plate located above the feeding platform, a transverse movement driving component connected to the lifting plate, and a group of transverse rubbing plates. The transverse rubbing plates move by means of the driving of the transverse movement driving component to form a pair of rubbing with the feeding platform. The moving direction of the transverse rubbing plates is arranged at an angle with the feeding direction, so as to pre-compact and rub the millet straw before it enters the shredding cylinder, pre-separate the fibers of the millet straw, and enable the millet straw to be quickly and fully shredded after entering the shredding cylinder, avoid the entanglement of the millet straw and the hammer pieces, and improve the processing efficiency of the shredding machine.
