A graphene synthesis device based on graphene battery production

Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of graphene battery technology, specifically a graphene synthesis device based on graphene battery production, including a washing barrel, on which are provided: a cone-shaped filter cartridge for containing a malignant graphene oxide solution; a C-shaped guide tube, which is rotatably installed inside the washing barrel and is used to guide a water flow perpendicular to the axis of the filter cartridge; a main shaft, on which are provided a stirring blade, and the end of the stirring blade is provided with a receiving groove for collecting the graphene oxide solution and a slide plate for limiting the depth of the receiving groove. The graphene synthesis device based on graphene battery production provided by the invention can gradually improve the cleanliness of the malignant graphene oxide solution by splitting a washing process into multiple steps, and can obtain purer graphene oxide, and the washing effect will decrease with the length of time the pure water is used, and multiple washing processes can also improve the efficiency of cleaning the malignant graphene oxide solution.
