Sludge reduction system treatment method

Abstract

The application relates to the technical field of sludge treatment, and particularly discloses a sludge reduction system treatment method, which comprises the following steps: (1) sludge concentration; (2) sludge digestion: after sludge concentration, the sludge is subjected to ozone gas oxidation pretreatment and then enters an anaerobic digestion container to be subjected to anaerobic digestion treatment; (3) sludge dewatering; (4) sludge drying; and (5) sludge incineration; in the sludge digestion treatment, modified porous silica powder is doped in ozone gas used for ozone gas oxidation pretreatment, and the modified porous silica powder is obtained by loading cobalt, manganese and zinc three active components on porous silica. In application, the sludge reduction system treatment method can improve the effect of ozone gas oxidation pretreatment on sludge matrix, and the sludge treatment effect is obviously improved.
