Abstract

The present application belongs to the technical field of metal rust prevention, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a flash rust inhibitor, comprising a flash rust inhibitor, characterized in that the flash rust inhibitor comprises the following components in parts by mass: sebacic acid 10-15 parts, hexanediol diglycidyl ether phosphate 5-10 parts, morpholine 5-8 parts, monoethanolamine 5-8 parts, gallic acid ester 3-5 parts, ascorbic acid 2-3 parts, PEG 2-3 parts, and antioxidant 1 part.The present application has the beneficial effect of overcoming the shortcomings in the prior art, and provides a flash rust inhibitor and a preparation method thereof, wherein sebacic acid and hexanediol diglycidyl ether phosphate are used as main materials, and different types of rust-prevention active additives are used for synergistic effect, so that good water resistance, salt mist resistance and rust-prevention effect are achieved, and the flash rust inhibitor has good coating stability, does not contain harmful gases, heavy metals and carcinogens, and forms an environmentally-friendly flash rust inhibitor.
