Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of biomedical material manufacturing, and more specifically, to a method for coating an artificial blood vessel, the method comprising: preparing a coating material and pre-treating the artificial blood vessel, the coating material comprising a nanoscale biomaterial, an anticoagulant drug, and a cell growth factor; determining spraying parameters based on the size, shape, and coating requirements of the artificial blood vessel, and spraying the artificial blood vessel according to the spraying parameters; after the spraying operation is completed, curing the coating on the surface of the artificial blood vessel, and then performing a quality inspection on the coating. The technical solution of the present application can coat the surface of an artificial blood vessel with a precisely designed coating to improve its biocompatibility, anticoagulant properties, and long-term patency.
