Abstract

Provided are a server device, a management program product, and a management system that reduce the operational load of an on-site operator when resuming bidirectional communication. A server device that manages a session in which a first terminal and a second terminal perform bidirectional communication, wherein a control section of the server device: in a case where a connection request in which an identifier that specifies a session to which the first terminal has connected is transmitted from the first terminal, and the session to which the first terminal has connected is maintained, reconnects the first terminal to the session to which the first terminal has connected.
