The silicon-aluminum molecular sieve is prepared using the lower silicon-rich residue after pickling of solid waste as a precursor, thereby realizing the co-production of aluminum-based metal organic coordination materials and silicon-aluminum molecular sieves. In addition, the alkaline wastewater generated after the synthesis of silicon-aluminum molecular sieves is used as an alkaline solvent to hydrolyze waste plastics. The aluminum-based metal organic coordination materials and silicon-aluminum molecular sieve materials prepared from dual solid waste resources are applied to CO2 adsorption and dye adsorption, and both show adsorption performance superior to that of materials synthesized from chemical reagents.
