Preparation method and application of plant-derived composite polysaccharide

Abstract

The present invention relates to a preparation method and application of a plant-derived composite polysaccharide, and belongs to the technical field of plant-derived polysaccharide preparation. The plant-derived composite polysaccharide of the present invention is extracted and separated from polysaccharides in wrinkled papaya, crabapple, and hawthorn seeds, and then enzymolyzed after adding inulin to decompose the macromolecular polysaccharide components into small molecular sugars with high biological activity. When the composite polysaccharide prepared by the present invention is used for aquaculture, the immune activity and antioxidant capacity of aquatic organisms can be significantly improved, which helps to improve the survival rate and promote their growth. It is safe to use and has no obvious liver damage to aquatic organisms.
