Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of biomass diesel preparation, and specifically to an impact auxiliary mechanism for a biomass diesel liquid phase impact reaction device and a method of use. In the process of material entering the impact reaction chamber from the feed port, the impact piece and the impact auxiliary mechanism are driven by a rotating drive motor to perform impact reaction. When the liquid phase is less, the impact reaction is mainly performed through the impact piece, and when the liquid phase is more, the impact reaction is performed through the coordinated use of the impact piece and the impact auxiliary mechanism. When the liquid phase submerges the impact piece, the liquid phase falling from the feed port is impacted by the impact auxiliary mechanism, and the guide inclined plate and the auxiliary side plate arranged therein have the function of guiding the material to the middle position of the impact reaction chamber, thereby improving the adequacy of the impact reaction. The auxiliary agent adding device is used in coordination with the impact auxiliary mechanism to improve the uniformity of the auxiliary agent adding work. This has a positive impact on improving the overall production efficiency.
