Light-transmitting and air-permeable double-sided color gauze fabric, manufacturing process and equipment thereof

Abstract

The application discloses a light-transmitting and air-permeating double-sided color-like twill fabric and a manufacturing process and equipment thereof, and relates to the like twill fabric field, and comprises the following steps: S1, warp and weft yarn configuration: warp: 40D silk warp density: 112 roots / cm, warp yarn color adopts single-color warp; weft yarn: 120D silk or artificial silk or gold and silver color silk weft yarn adopts three-color weft or two-color weft and so on. The application uses single-color silk yarn as warp yarn, two or three silk or artificial silk or gold and silver color silk yarns of different colors as weft yarn, and designs a like twill half-mesh pattern as a bottom or a flower, so that the design pattern and color are extremely rich in multi-color patterns. The application uses a high-warp-density and large-jacquard electronic leader rapier loom to weave a new type of fabric which is different from traditional twill fabric and is monotonous in color and lacks real level of pattern, so that the fabric is more real and gorgeous in pattern color, richer and more natural in level, and has a semi-light-transmitting hazy feeling and excellent air permeability.
