Abstract

A portable liquid level sensor calibration method and calibration device, including the following steps: S1: Measure and obtain the bulk density K corresponding to the detection liquid in the detection area, where bulk density K=ρ·g, ρ is the density of the liquid to be measured, and g is the gravitational acceleration of the detection area; S2: According to P=ρ·g·H, set the calibration depth H0, and calculate the theoretical pressure value P0; S3: Place the liquid level sensor in a pressure gas cylinder, and add gas to the pressure gas cylinder until the actual pressure P in the pressure gas cylinder reaches the theoretical pressure P0; S4: Use the liquid level sensor to measure and obtain the measurement depth H, and verify the detection accuracy of the liquid level sensor by comparing whether the measurement depth H is consistent with the calibration depth H0. The present application can improve the calibration accuracy of the liquid level sensor.
