Abstract

The application discloses a comment intelligent management method and device in social media, a storage medium and a computer device. The method comprises the following steps: based on target management account in social media target publishing content, obtaining at least one comment data corresponding to the target publishing content, and identifying the sentiment tendency of each comment data respectively; identifying the aggressive comment data in the comment data with negative sentiment tendency, taking the remaining comment data as the comment data to be replied, and dividing the comment data to be replied into an intelligent processing group and a temporary processing group according to the corresponding sentiment tendency; for the comment data to be replied in the intelligent processing group, performing semantic analysis on the comment data to be replied, obtaining a target reply template matched with the comment data to be replied in a preset automatic reply template set based on the semantic analysis result, and automatically replying to the comment data to be replied by using the target reply template; and sending a first prompt information to the management terminal of the target management account.
