An internally matched high isolation duplexer

Abstract

The present invention discloses an internally matched high-isolation duplexer in the field of communication, comprising a dielectric substrate, an input feeder, an output feeder, a J converter, an open-circuit branch loaded at the end of the J converter, a short-circuit branch loaded at the end of the J converter, and a half-wavelength uniform impedance resonator are arranged on the upper surface thereof; the first J converter and the second J converter are directly connected to a common port; the common port internal matching and high isolation of the duplexer are successfully achieved by impedance analysis of the common port and setting of the transmission zero position; the short-circuit branch and the open-circuit branch connected in parallel can generate a resonant mode and a transmission zero at high frequency and low frequency respectively; the duplexer provided by the present invention can work in two frequency bands, and the high isolation of the two channels is as high as. The duplexer provided by the present invention has good in-band insertion loss, high out-of-band suppression and excellent isolation between ports.
