The application discloses a kind of photoelectrocatalytic lignin conversion preparation aviation fuel cascade reaction device and method, the method is placed in the pretreatment reaction chamber of alkaline solution with lignin, fully dissolves lignin, opens valve and makes pretreatment reaction liquid flow into the anode chamber in photoelectrocatalytic reaction chamber, utilizes solar energy driving to carry out photoelectrocatalytic reaction of anode, after sufficient reaction, make the reaction liquid in anode chamber flow into temporary storage chamber, then utilize pump and introduce the reaction liquid in temporary storage chamber into cathode chamber, after sufficient reaction, the reaction liquid in cathode chamber is introduced into high-pressure reaction chamber by pump, the hydrogen generated in cathode chamber flows into gas cylinder by pipeline and is collected, to be used in high-pressure reaction chamber, reaction liquid carries out hydrodeoxygenation reaction under the action of catalyst in high-pressure reaction chamber, aviation fuel can be obtained after sufficient reaction, the application realizes the integration cascade reaction of lignin to aviation fuel conversion under the drive of solar energy.
