Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of plant molecular marker detection, in particular to a SSR primer pair combination for identifying ancient unearthed grape seed varieties and application thereof in identifying ancient grape varieties and authenticity of ancient grape varieties. The present application provides a SSR primer pair combination for identifying ancient unearthed grape seed varieties, and the seven pairs of SSR primers can all produce specific markers, and thus can be used for identifying ancient unearthed grape varieties and authenticity of grapes. The present application also provides a method for identifying ancient unearthed grape varieties, which combines morphological identification with molecular marker identification of the grape seed (seed unearthed from ancient tombs) to be detected, greatly improves the efficiency of quality identification of the grape seed, saves manpower and cost, and guarantees the comprehensiveness and accuracy of identification. Moreover, the detection method of the present application has the advantages of rapidness, accuracy, low cost and convenient operation, and can replace the traditional seed identification method, and has high scientific application value.
