Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of metal impact detection, and discloses a heat treatment carrier frame for metal impact detection and an impact test method, comprising a base and a clamping seat for fixing a metal plate, the clamping seat being installed on the base, the clamping seat comprising a bottom plate and a movable bracket, a fixed bracket, and a pushing end installed on the bottom plate, the movable bracket and the fixed bracket being respectively arranged on both sides of the upper end of the bottom plate, the movable bracket being slidably installed on the bottom plate, and the movable bracket being driven to slide by the pushing end, when a pair of corresponding first positioning grooves and second positioning grooves are used to clamp the metal plate in the present invention, since the corresponding soft connection blocks will be squeezed when the metal plate is embedded, and the soft connection blocks in other first positioning grooves are not abutted and pushed out, when the metal plate is subjected to impact detection, the soft connection blocks on both sides will be embedded in the first positioning grooves to be stressed, thereby avoiding the possibility of stress deformation of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, and effectively improving the service life of the equipment.
