The present invention pushes the adjustment rod to push the extrusion block to slide, and when the extrusion block slides, it squeezes the compensation cutter heads on both sides to expand outwards. When cutting an angle, the cutting cutter head will make an initial cut, and the outward-expanding compensation cutter head will make a secondary cut, so that the angle of the missing angle of the initial cut becomes larger, which makes up for the defect that the angle of the cutting angle of the cutting device in the prior art cannot be adjusted.
