A recombinant monoclonal antibody against TP53, its preparation method and application

Abstract

This invention belongs to the field of biotechnology, specifically relating to an anti-TP53 recombinant monoclonal antibody, its preparation method, and its application. The anti-TP53 recombinant monoclonal antibody includes a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region; the heavy chain variable region includes any one of the amino acid sequences shown in SEQ ID NO. 6-9; the light chain variable region includes the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO. 10. This invention utilizes hybridoma technology to prepare a mouse anti-human TP53 recombinant monoclonal antibody. This recombinant antibody has a well-defined structure, high titer, and better stability, effectively solving the problems existing in traditional hybridoma technology.
