Abstract

The present application provides a method, device and equipment for generating employee search recommendation content, which relates to the field of recommendation technology, including: obtaining the work data and historical behavior of the target employee within the target time period, as well as the business planning data of the enterprise where the target employee is located and the industry data of the industry where the enterprise is located within the target time period; analyzing the historical behavior to obtain the historical behavior analysis results; inputting the historical behavior analysis results and the work data into a trained search intention prediction model to obtain the search intention prediction results of the target employee; based on the search intention prediction results, the business planning data and the industry data, generating the search recommendation content of the target employee. The present application not only improves the pertinence, comprehensiveness and accuracy of search recommendations, but also can effectively improve the work efficiency of employees, improve the employee experience, and enable employees to obtain the latest news in the industry or enterprise in a timely manner.
