A quantitative injection molding device

Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of injection molding technology, and in particular to a quantitative injection molding device. It comprises: a frame; an injection molding tube and a mold set, both of which are installed on the frame; an intermediate sleeve, which is fixedly connected to the injection molding tube; a feed shell, which is fixedly connected to the intermediate sleeve; a guide shell, which is installed on the feed shell; a connector, which is fixedly connected to the guide shell; a discharge head, which is slidably connected to the guide shell; an extrusion piece, which is fixedly connected to the feed shell; a blocking mechanism, which is arranged on the feed shell, and is used to isolate the molten plastic in the feed shell; a power mechanism, which is arranged on the feed shell, and is used to make the discharge head and the extrusion piece slide relative to each other. The present invention scrapes off the molten plastic remaining on the inner wall of the discharge head through the extrusion piece, so as to ensure the cleanliness of the discharge head and prevent the plastic adhering to the inner wall of the discharge head from affecting the subsequent injection molding work, thereby reducing the product quality.
