Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of dry desulfurization and fixed bed processes, and in particular to a horizontal fixed bed dry desulfurization device, comprising a tower body, wherein several tower bodies are stacked together, and a row of tower bodies is a group, two groups of tower bodies are adjacent, and the two groups of tower bodies are connected and fixed by fixing parts, and a through groove is provided through the upper and lower ends of the tower body, and a sliding groove which is connected with the interior of the tower body is also provided on the opposite side of the tower body, and a desulfurization unit for desulfurization is provided in the tower body. When material replacement is required, a rectangular frame can be driven to move in the tower body by a pulling member, and gas enters a desulfurization box with new material, and the desulfurization box that needs to be replaced is taken out by a material taking unit, and then the new desulfurization box is placed back in the rectangular groove by the material taking unit. The present invention can perform desulfurization work alternately by two desulfurization boxes in the rectangular frame through reciprocating material replacement, and complete material replacement without affecting the desulfurization efficiency, thereby further increasing the applicability of the present invention.
