The present invention relates to the technical field of numerical control machine tools, and in particular to an intelligent five-axis control system and method, the intelligent five-axis control system comprising a data acquisition module for acquiring monitoring data of a workpiece after processing by a five-axis machining center; a data analysis module connected to the data acquisition module for determining the eligibility of the heating condition of the workpiece; a data processing module connected to the data analysis module for determining the relationship between the shape change rate of the workpiece and the curvature of the change curve; a data adjustment module connected to the data processing module for determining the adjustment method of the cutting parameters of the five-axis machining center, the cutting parameters including feed speed and blowing rate; a data optimization module connected to the data adjustment module for determining the eligibility of the machining accuracy of the workpiece and determining the adjustment method of the cutting depth of the five-axis machining center. The present invention improves the machining accuracy of the five-axis machining center.
