Abstract

Thereby, the detection of the crucible body can be made more uniform, and the detection of the crucible body can be made more thorough to the greatest extent. At the same time, all-round detection of the crucible body can be achieved on one detection device, without the need to disassemble the crucible body and then install it, so as to avoid damage to the crucible body.
