A device for applying nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizers to sugar beet

Abstract

This invention discloses a nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium fertilizer application device for sugar beet cultivation, relating to the field of fertilization technology. To facilitate the limitation of fertilizer application, it includes a base with a moving mechanism installed at its bottom. An electric telescopic rod is fixed to the bottom of the base, and a metering mechanism is fixed to the output end of the electric telescopic rod. The metering mechanism includes a feed hopper and a filling pipe. The feed hopper is fixed to the output end of the electric telescopic rod by a pin, and the filling pipe is welded to the outer wall of the top of the feed hopper. A support ring is fixed to the bottom of the feed hopper by screws, and a rotating plate is movably connected to the inner circumference of the support ring. This invention incorporates a soil-loosening plate, which loosens the soil during rotation, allowing fertilizer to better penetrate the soil. Simultaneously, the rotation of the soil-loosening plate compresses a strip-shaped air bladder. This compression adjusts the distance the piston plate moves along the feed cylinder, thereby adjusting the amount of fertilizer applied to the sugar beet per application.
