Abstract

The application provides a brake device and a motor, which comprises a first rotating component and a second rotating component, the first rotating component is fixed on a rotating shaft, the second rotating component is connected with the first rotating component under the action of a first elastic member, and the first rotating component can rotate relative to the second rotating component; a rotation-stopping component can be switched between a first working position and a second working position, when the rotation-stopping component is switched to the first working position, the rotation-stopping component is clamped with the second rotating component, when the rotation-stopping component is switched to the second working position, the rotation-stopping component is separated from the second rotating component; and an electromagnetic driving component is fixed on a support, the rotation-stopping component can be switched between the first working position and the second working position under the action of the electromagnetic driving component, so that the technical problems of the electromagnetic driving component of the motor in the prior art, such as large volume and heavy weight, can be solved.
