Movable artificial vertebral body suitable for spine

Abstract

The invention provides a movable artificial vertebral body which is small in friction force, enables balls to be evenly abraded and is suitable for a spine, and relates to the technical field of structural design and application of spine prostheses. According to the movable artificial vertebral body suitable for the spine, a spherical part is arranged on the lower surface of an upper prosthesis plate, a movable cavity is formed in the upper surface of a lower prosthesis plate, and a ball circulation guide structure is arranged on the inner surface of the movable cavity; the ball circulation guide structure comprises at least two sets of ball raceways arranged in the circumferential direction of the inner surface of the movable cavity at intervals, and each ball raceway comprises two rising groove sections which are arranged in a radial shape around the lowest point of the inner surface of the movable cavity and extend upwards along the inner surface of the movable cavity. The upper ends of the ascending groove sections are smoothly communicated through arc-shaped transition groove sections, and the lower ends of the ascending groove sections of the ball raceways are intersected and communicated to the lowest point of the inner surface of the movable cavity; and the ball is arranged in the ball raceway. The service life of the artificial vertebral body can be remarkably prolonged.
