Abstract

The invention discloses a treatment method for the inner wall of a high-purity special gas cylinder. The method comprises the following specific steps: cleaning the gas cylinder, blasting sand, treating before spraying, spraying primer, spraying finish paint for multiple times, sintering, cleaning and drying. The fluorine-containing polymer finish paint prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is obtained by reacting lauryl sodium sulfate, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, n-butyl alcohol, tetrafluoropropanol, perfluoroalkyl ethyl acrylate, bis-(2-methylallyl) cyclooctyl-1, 5-diene ruthenium, (-)-IPC2B (allyl) borane, styrene, distilled water and an initiator. The perfluoroester disclosed by the invention is high in fluorine element content and strong in carbon-fluorine bond polarity, so that the corrosion resistance of the material can be remarkably improved; the bis-(2-methylallyl) cyclooctyl-1, 5-diene ruthenium can form a stable complex with other components in the monomer, and the resistance of the polymer to chemical corrosion is also improved by optimizing the structure.
