Self-cleaning flat plate grid device and use method

Abstract

This invention proposes a self-cleaning flat bar screen device and its application method. The device includes a fixed frame with multiple fixed bar screens arranged side-by-side on the top of the frame. The fixed bar screens are inclined upwards from the upstream direction of the water flow towards the downstream direction at an angle of 2-6°. It also includes a reciprocating movable bar screen mechanism that moves back and forth in a vertical plane. The reciprocating movable bar screen mechanism includes multiple parallel movable bar screens, each located within the gap between two fixed bar screens. This invention achieves solid-liquid separation through the gap between the movable and fixed bar screens. Simultaneously, the rotation of the movable bar screens moves the screenings to a slag bin, effectively preventing slag deposition on the fixed bar screens and subsequent clogging. Furthermore, the spacing between the movable and fixed bar screens can be controlled to below 0.3mm, resulting in superior filtration. Small blockages in the gaps between the bar screens can be removed through friction between the movable and fixed bar screens, achieving a self-cleaning function without the risk of clogging.
