本发明公开了桩基础技术领域的一种海上多桩基础一体化试桩系统及试桩方法，包括反力加载系统、基准系统和数据采集模块；反力加载系统包括试桩、主梁、支撑梁、压梁、抗压千斤顶和抗拔千斤顶，主梁支撑于支撑梁上方，压梁支撑于主梁上方，抗压千斤顶安装在试桩与主梁之间，抗拔千斤顶安装在试桩上桩帽与主梁之间；基准系统包括基准桩，两个基准梁设置在试桩排布方向的两侧；数据采集模块包括油压检测单元、桩顶位移检测单元和桩身应力应变检测单元。本发明通过一次搭设不仅可以完成多根试桩的高应变初复打检测、抗压静载荷试验、抗拔静载荷试验、桩身应力应变试验、原位双桥静力触探试验，还方便在不同试桩和不同试验方法之间进行自由切换。
