The invention relates to the technical field of heat exchangers, in particular to a compressed air energy storage system, a compression side heat exchanger regulation and control method, a medium and a program.The method comprises the steps that operation parameters of a multi-stage compressor at the current moment are obtained; the current working condition of the compressed air energy storage system is determined according to the operation parameters of the multi-stage compressor at the current moment; and according to the current working condition, a bypass throttle valve is controlled to adjust on-off of a bypass until the current working condition of the compressed air energy storage system reaches the rated working condition. Therefore, the problem that the operation efficiency is low due to the fact that the compression side of the compressed air energy storage system cannot work under the rated working condition for a long time is solved.
