The shaft rod of the present invention rotates synchronously with the push block, and during the rotation of the shaft rod, the push block is driven to push the hydraulic oil in the first cavity through the pipe body into the second cavity, and the second spring pushes the push ring to reset, thereby realizing automatic reset.
