The driving circuit is used for controlling and driving the telescopic rod to do vertical lifting motion after being electrified; and an output electrode feed point is arranged in the mounting hole and is electrically connected with a power supply, and an input electrode feed point is arranged at the lower end of the fixed rod and is electrically connected with a driving circuit.
