Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of corrugated cardboard detection, and specifically provides a corrugated cardboard compressive strength test device, comprising a test host, the test host comprising a downward pressing test rod, and also comprising a material conveying device located on the test host; the material conveying device comprises a clamping seat, a clamping plate is arranged on the clamping seat, and a pressing plate assembly is also arranged on the clamping seat; the material conveying device also comprises a driving mechanism and a pre-pressing mechanism, and the material conveying device comprises a material discharge station, a pre-pressing station and a test station; when the clamping seat is located at the material discharge station, the driving mechanism drives the clamping plate to open; when the clamping seat is located at the pre-pressing station, the driving mechanism drives the clamping plate to clamp the corrugated cardboard, and the pre-pressing mechanism drives the pressing plate assembly to press down the clamped corrugated cardboard; when the clamping seat is located at the test station, the driving mechanism drives the clamping plate to open, and the downward pressing test rod presses the pressing plate assembly to test the corrugated cardboard. The present invention applies pre-pressure to the corrugated cardboard before testing to replace the clamping force of the clamping plate, so as to eliminate the measurement error caused by the clamping force.
