Car renting operation method and system using unattended equipment

Abstract

The invention provides a car rental operation method and system using unattended equipment, and the method comprises the steps: generating a plurality of corresponding training vectors based on a plurality of pieces of historical order information to train an LSTM model, the LSTM model being used for estimating the future car rental demand; the employee stores the vehicle key of the pre-estimated vehicle type in the unattended equipment according to the pre-estimation result, and stores the corresponding vehicle in a designated place; the customer places an order to rent a car, verifies the identity through the unattended equipment, and obtains a car key provided by the unattended equipment after the verification is passed; and the client obtains the vehicle storage position and takes the vehicle. The method has the advantages that the operation cost is reduced, the car rental efficiency is improved, the risk of customer information leakage is reduced, and the limitation of stores and business time is broken.
