Abstract

The invention provides a gene expression matrix calculation method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, according to a gene annotation file, short read data in a comparison file is annotated, and a first gene to which first short read data belongs is determined; performing molecular identification correction on the first short read data in the first gene to obtain a molecular identification correction result of the first short read data; continuously annotating the second short-read data to obtain second annotation information, determining a second gene to which the second short-read data belongs, and performing molecular identification correction on the second short-read data in the second gene to obtain a molecular identification correction result of the second short-read data; and outputting a corresponding gene expression matrix under the condition that all the short read data in the comparison file are subjected to molecular identification correction. According to the embodiment of the invention, different chromosomes are subjected to serial processing, and the short read data of the gene in each chromosome is subjected to parallel processing, so that computing resources can be fully utilized, and the computing efficiency is improved.
